What is the story and aim of EPIC SANA Algarve Hotel?

What are your most popular programmes?

Our most popular programmes are the Sayanna Yoga Retreat and the Sayanna Reshape. Over the last few months, we have also noticed a huge interest in our newest short break programme – Sayanna Reconnect – which focuses on emotional well-being through a combination of outdoor activities, meditation practices, or the possibility of enjoying a sensorial experience such as wine tasting. Are your programmes suitable for all ages? What is the customer age range?

Absolutely! All people are welcome, and as our offer is very personalized, we cater to customers of all ages. However, in general, I would say the age range is 35 to 55—anybody who deals with stressful environments, living fast-paced lives, regardless of gender, whether solo travelers or couples. We have many customers who are fitness addicts and like to keep in shape during their holiday, but there are also those seeking relaxation.

How does EPIC SANA Algarve include local products in the wellness programmes?

We are committed to including local products not only in the wellness offerings but in the whole experience. From healthy dining options with fresh and seasonal Algarvian products sourced by small producers to the inclusion of typical products such as honey, lavender, orange, or almond oils in our spa treatments.

Would you like to present your wellness team?

The team is multidisciplinary, and all our programmes, whether a retreat or escape, are led by health experts such as consulting fitness instructors, spa therapists, yoga teachers, or nutritionists. Our team is always available to assist and guide our guests throughout the programmes and answer all questions or doubts before, during, or after the stay.

What makes you different from other wellness properties in the Algarve?

In short, the genuine Portuguese hospitality. Being a Portuguese chain, we strive to provide an atmosphere where customers feel like part of the family. Biography

I consider myself an experienced Sales Director who loves to share with the whole team my passion for the hospitality industry. I like to spend my free time traveling either abroad or locally, and as a sports enthusiast, my favourite daily activities are running or biking in Ria Formosa Natural Park while enjoying a magnificent sunrise. It is THE moment to reconnect and recharge energy, especially after stressful periods.

Being part of EPIC SANA Algarve’s team since day one, I’m very proud to provide my vision and expertise not only with my colleagues but also with our esteemed guests. It is such a privilege to witness all the achievements, especially the recognition of our Resort as one of the trendiest properties in Portugal.
